查询过程：本项目是在manager里面的pom.xml内配置的Tomcat插件：
<!-- 配置tomcat插件 --><build><plugins><plugin><groupId>org.apache.tomcat.maven</groupId><artifactId>tomcat7-maven-plugin</artifactId><configuration><path>/</path><port>8080</port></configuration></plugin></plugins></build>而manager的Tomcat是引用的parent里面的pom.xml内配置的Tomcat插件：

<plugin><groupId>org.apache.tomcat.maven</groupId><artifactId>tomcat7-maven-plugin</artifactId><version>2.2</version>
</plugin>原因：是jdk版本的问题，Tomcat7默认使用的jdk是jdk1.7。我原来配置的是1.8，所以一直报错。
后来在 windows-preference-java-Installed JREs 里面配置jdk版本为1.7，项目运行成功。
