Purpose

不同于discrete manufacturing,不同的operation要么linear要么overlapping地进行process, 所以lead time scheduling是总和;而在process/flow manufacturing中,Lead time总是采取longest lead time;这一点,在production order的routing中关于overlapping中也可以进行设置如参考flow manufacturing.
