一、研究方向
以食药同源物质为出发点,通过多组学手段鉴定发掘具有抗衰老、抗疲劳、调节肠道微环境、减肥等功能的天然活性物质;建立多种模式动物功效评价体系,解析活性物质的作用机制,阐明其对机体生理、代谢以及对宿主肠道微生物的影响;以合成生物学技术理念优化改造活性物质的合成与递送,使之动态响应机体代谢变化,靶向性定量释放功能物质;实现功能成分的绿色生物制造和产品创新。
二、招聘岗位
科研骨干
岗位职责:
在方向负责人指导下,开展健康食品方向相关研究工作。
(1)功能活性物质挖掘与鉴定;
(2)功能评价与机制解析;
(3)营养元素风险评估;
(4)功能营养成分的合成生物学智造;
(5)靶向健康产品创制。
岗位要求:
(1)取得博士学位后在海外知名科研机构、高校或大型企业研发机构连续不少于3年(含)的科研工作经历,或具有担任副教授或相当岗位的任职经历;
(2)在相应学科领域独立做出了一系列具有国际影响力的原创性研究工作,引领未来学科领域方向的研究人员;
(3)有产品成果转化经历者优先。
优秀青年
岗位职责:在方向负责人指导下,开展健康食品方向相关研究工作。

在合作导师的指导下,开展相关研究工作。
岗位要求:
(1)原则上要求具有海内外知名大学博士学位;
(2)取得一定的创新研究成果,能够独立开展创新型研究;
(3)相关专业需求:食品科学、分子生物学、合成生物学、计算生物学、天然产物化学、生物信息学、微生物学、生物化学、酶工程、系统代谢工程、人工智能等相关背景。

关于我们
湘湖实验室2022年6月启动建设,是浙江省委省政府在农业领域重点布局的新型研发机构,是浙江打造农业科创高地,抢抓农业强国战略机遇的重要举措。实验室主体在杭州市萧山区,过渡区块7000 m2,总部位于萧山经济技术开发区钱湾生物港一期,5.7万余平方米。实验室聚焦现代生物种业创新和绿色健康高效农业两大研究集群,设立生物技术、生物种业、生物互作、生物制造四个研究院,着力破解农业领域重大科学与技术问题。
其中生物制造研究院致力绿色生物制造,开展新型生物源农药研制、新型高效疫苗和微生态制剂等生物兽药与产品创制、功能微生物组、多功能高效新型生物肥开发、土壤调理剂和有害物阻控降解产品研发;开展特异蛋白、功能性脂质、功能性多糖等健康因子高效制备、生物合成、营养功效和安全性评价活性保持、靶向缓释、智能制造等关键技术研发,靶向健康食品创制等。建成具有全球影响力的绿色、低碳生产制造创新平台,着力打造绿色健康高效农业国家战略力量。形成一批具有国际先进水平,现代农业亟需的新技术、新产品、新体系,引领未来农业与健康的发展。
Biosynthesis and Targeted Food Creation Team
I. Research Areas:
Applying multi-omics approaches to identify and discover natural active substances with functions of anti-aging, anti-fatigue, regulation of intestinal microenvironment and weight loss based on medicine food homology plants, animals, and microorganisms; Establishing various efficacy evaluation systems for model animals to analyze the mechanism of action of the active substances, and elucidate their effects on the physiology and metabolism of the host and on the host's intestinal microorganisms; Optimizing and transforming the production and delivery system of active substances based on the concept of synthetic biology technology, so as to make it dynamically respond to the changes in body metabolism and release functional substances in a targeted and quantitative manner; Realizing green bio-manufacturing and product innovation of functional ingredients.
II. Open Positions:
A. Research Core Members
Responsibilities:
Conducting research related to healthy food under the guidance of the team leader.
a. Functional active substance discovery and identification.
b. Functional evaluation and mechanism analysis.
c. Nutrient element risk assessment.
d. Synthetic biology manufacturing of functional nutrients.
e. Creation of targeted health products.
Requirements:
1. At least three consecutive years of research work experience in well-known research institutions, universities, or research institutes serving large enterprises after obtaining a doctoral degree, or the experience of serving as an associate professor or an equivalent position.
2. Researchers who have independently made original research works with international and leading influence in the corresponding field.
3. Experience in the commercialization of research findings is preferred.
B. Outstanding Research Youth
Responsibilities:
Conducting research related to healthy food under the guidance of the team leader.
a. Functional active substance discovery and identification.
b. Functional evaluation and mechanism analysis.

d. Synthetic biology manufacturing of functional nutrients.

Requirements:
1. In general, a candidate should have a doctoral degree from a renowned university.
2. Made original research work with international influence in the corresponding research field; Published 1-2 papers in top internationally recognized journals in the corresponding research field as the first author or corresponding author.
3. Postdoctoral experience is preferred.
C. Post-doctoral Fellow
Responsibilities:
Conducting relevant research under the guidance of a co-mentor.
Requirements:
1. In general, a candidate should have a doctoral degree from a renowned university.
2. Made innovative research achievements; Be able to independently conduct innovative research.
3. A diploma in one of the following or related fields: molecular biology, synthetic biology, computational biology, natural products chemistry, bioinformatics, microbiology, biochemistry, enzyme engineering, systems metabolic engineering, and artificial intelligence.

About Us
Construction of Xianghu Laboratory formally began in June 2022. The setup of this new type of R&D institute is a major initiative laid out by the Zhejiang provincial party committee and government to advance the agriculture industry to new heights by seizing the opportunity created by national strategies for agricultural development.
