change to the root user:

su root

edit the sudoers file:

chmod u+w /etc/sudoers
nano /etc/sudoers

you will find a line root ALL=(ALL:ALL) ALL,at the next line of it,add:

yourUserName ALL=(ALL:ALL) ALL

then cancel the w authority:

chmod u-w /etc/sudoers
