Abstract
Hydraulic power support used in the underground engineering or tunnel project is one of important equipments, it is mainly used for supporting roof, preventing the roof from collapasion, providing a safe working space for both the workers and the equipments in the underground.
On the analysis of the traditional hydraulic power support types, through the institution evolution, a new frame type--vertical guide bar type hydraulic power support; The new stents not only simple structure, light weight and the frame easy, and can dramatically improve hydraulic power support's stress situation, and improve the stability, and has a broad prospect of application.
Then, use three dimensional parametric design software Pro/E, the completion of the vertical guide bar type hydraulic power support 3D parametric modeling, realize the model transformation from Pro/E to the ADAMS software, and then obtain the dynamic analysis of the hydraulic support in the ADAMS software.
This paper analysis the vertical guide bar type hydraulic support new frame type, and adopts the modern design techniques and methods to carry on the design, shorten the development cycle of hydraulic support, improve the product quality, reduce the cost and for future hydraulic support product research and development with the instruction meaning and reference value.
