第三期广交会依然在进行中,周六也就结束了,不知道大家这次参展的效果如何?昨晚略看了一下毅冰老师的直播课,他讲的也是和展会有关的内容,稍微摘抄了一些客户来展位时的交流英语,大家可以一起看看。
作为参展商,如果有客户从摊位前经过,主动招呼客户是必要的,有时候公司参展人员多,还需要到人多的地方把客户拉过来自己展位。

假如客户说,他的名片已经发完了,准备走的时候,有以下的表达!
No worries! Here is my card just in case. You know where to find me.
That's alright! here is my card. Enjoy the rest of the fair, and if you ever want more info, just give me a shout.
Got it! well, here's my card anyway. if you ever want to chat more about our products, just email me or call me.
Understood. I will leave you with my card. Have a great day.
其实,这些展会英语适用于任何一场展会用来接待客户,大家根据自己行业和产品做调整,灵活变动就行。客户的名片基本上都会有电话,邮箱,客户公司名字和网址等,如果能跟客户要到名片,对于后续的跟进是非常有意义的。
只是现在很多老外来到中国都会准备一张国内用的手机卡,所以就会有微信,其实我们在跟客户聊的过程中,当客户一开始不肯给名片,不妨问他是否有微信或者WhatsApp。
当客户来到展位时,或者经过展位时,可以主动说:
Hi brother/friend, nice day to you. would you mind come inside have a look? we have some coffee for you.
Hi friend, welcome to our booth, where are you from? we have prepared some coffee /candy for you, come and take a rest.
当客户进到展位后,谈论一会你就可以问他要名片了,如果他不肯给名片,就跟他要WhatsApp或者让他手写邮箱地址等。
May I have your name please? this is xxx, you can go through it. by the way, may I have your wechat or whatsapp please? it will more convinient for us to talk after this fair.
在展会上,我们也会遇到客户主动给我们联系方式的,上次在展会就有比较多的客户经过都会要求主动添加联系方式,比如客户会说:
you can add my wechat/ whatsapp, let's talk later/chat later.
像这些客户,你就要赶紧联系,最好能拍个照片发给他,加强他的记忆,后续跟进了之后再问他要邮箱等信息。
我们这个行业,一般客户来了,我们都会问他是否已经确认场地了?或者是项目打算自用还是投资,是准备在哪里投资等这些问题。一般都是问清楚相关的需求,判定客户是有投资意向的才会问客户要联系方式。
如果客户只是经过,对我们的项目根本没有需求,你一通胡搅蛮缠只是浪费彼此的时间。因此每个人的产品和行业不同,大家也要学会应对之法。
