The Process class relies on proc_open, which is not available on your PHP installation 打开php.ini,如果不清楚位置的话通过find查找打开后，搜索 disable_functions项，看是否禁用了proc_open函数，如果禁用了就将proc_open函数去掉（其他函数报错同理）然后重启
