关键部分已经标为红色，但是基于这个错误信息，还是让人摸不着头脑。新建的项目，就添加了几个文件，而且也根本没有和 ErrorPageFilter 重名的啊！

把 @ComponentScan 干掉了，错误没有了，结果可想而知……
问题原因
Application 类不能没有包名！
解决方法
知道了真实的原因，解决起来就比较简单了。
在 java 目录下新建 package ，然后把
Application 类拖拽进去就可以了。

注意，Application 类放到一个包下面了，那么所有的其它的类也就要在这个包下，或在这个包的子包（或者子包的子包下……）下，否则还是会出问题的。
