准备的很充分的口语考试居然被老师说:I'm so sorry!
两点。第一,我的搭档口吃不太清楚(这是次要的)。第二,时间不符合要求,内容太少。第三,老师的要求是2个人要不断地 交换idea,而我们准备的稿子是每个人说一长段话,总共就交换了2次。这次稿子是我准备的,在我准备稿子时,我的搭档多次提醒我要增加对话次数,而我没有听,我为我的自大感到很内疚....

Want freedom from fear
A: Hey guy, I have been suffering from a bad case of panic disorder, feeling I cannot live my life, My symptoms include Fear of dying, Hot flashes in public, Impaired thinking, Chest pains discomfort, Can't calm down or relax, I need help and i dont think the help i am getting is working, As the drugs they treat me with make it worse, What can i do? I need my life back i already lost everything and everyone? Your help may save my life boy!
B: OK, I think you really have suffered from a anxiety attacks. several years ago, I also suffer from attacks. Seeing a doctor, they suggested drugs, but it can’t help, Anyway, I have found that when I am having an attack, I close my eyes and take deep breaths in my nose and out my mouth. I also start to pray and ask God for strength, anyways just always brings me through it. I would also go to my computer and read about all of the symptoms of anxiety attacks, and that would always give me peace of mind and help me calm down too. These are just a couple of things that I have done to help me get through my troubles.
A: thank you for your reply. Maybe u can help me now. I think it will feel a bit better. I do know the medicine can’t help me, and I will try all your experience just as my struggle. I really hope there is one day I can free from my fear. Bye!
