在欲安裝的 Driver 的 Win8 安裝 PL2303_Prolific_DriverInstaller_v1.7.0

將 win7 的 C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\ser2pl64.sys (90K 左右，如果是155K 不行) copy 到 win8 同樣的位置，重新啟動電腦就行了。
