在一个文档库中，使用ItemAdded event receiver，在上传文件之后修改item的属性。但是在上传文件之后在页面上修改属性并保存的时候，出现以下错误信息：

“The file xxx has been modified by xxx on...”，截图如下所示：

具体的错误堆栈信息是：
