10.0杰出入住 2021年01月17日I stayed for one night and I had to extend my stay at this hotel. Staff is very friendly and give detail answers to your questions. It’s in sultanahmet and close to so many attractions. Cleanliness is good and bathroom looks like brand new. This is my first time in Istanbul and I’ll stay again if I ever come back.

Excellent location, very clean and well kept hotel, breakfast was very delicious and had a great selection. I would definitely recommend this hotel if excellent service and hospitality are important to you. Hanifi especially made this stay very good, he was always willing to help and accommodate any request we had, even though we did not know any turkish he was very patient with us. It within a 15-minutes walking radius of what Istanbul has best to offer: Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, the Grand Bazaar, Topkaki Museum and so much more. The hotel is within minutes from the tram line 1 that takes you to Taksim Square in about 15 minutes. The room was sparkling clean, Hanifi provided constant support in either suggesting spots to visit, or helping with my airport shuttle. I would definitely recommend staying over here.

Even thought is located right in the middle of a lot of business, it doesn’t feel that crowed or unsafe. On the contrary: it is a nice safe area. The hotel is small, but really nice. I liked my bed. Only down was the shower: really small even for me. Breakfast was OK: everyday same selection of dishes, and it felt right away that the leftovers was served the following day. No really nice thing to see because one can feel and tasty it. If you skip the breakfast, won’t be the end of the world. Staff really nice.

All the staff was incredibly helpful and courteous, more so than any place I’ve ever traveled to, and I’ve traveled a lot. I had to get a COVID-19 test to fly to my next destination and they completely arrange for someone to come and give me the test in my hotel and email the results. They took all the worry out of a very worrisome time.If you’re going to stay in Istanbul this is the place to Stay.

10.0杰出入住 2020年10月02日Amazing staff and amazing locationI travelled here on a solo trip quite recently as I was coming back from Antalya with my trip to Istanbul being pretty last minute. I booked with Primero Hotel because of all of the great reviews and I found that this hotel has good reviews for a reason!

The location is extremely central and very close to many of the mosques and historical attractions. The location made navigating around really easy for me and I felt like a local.

The 2nd biggest plus for me was the staff. Bunyami and Hanifi were extremely accomodating and friendly which was really nice especially since I was travelling alone. They recommended places to visit and were really good to me!

This alongside the location and the cleanliness of the hotel means that if I ever do come back to Istanbul, which I probably will, I will definitely be staying at Primero.

I don't usually do reviews but I would 100% recommend them!

10.0杰出入住 2020年09月15日Splendid Hotel in a Great LocationI spent three nights at Primero Hotel in Istanbul, and it was a lovely time. You cannot beat the location of this hotel because it is situated very close to the major historical sites in the city. The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar, Basilica Cistern, and Topkapi are all within walking distance of Primero. Check-in was simple, and Hanifi was a great help with navigating this new area. He made brilliant suggestions for food and offered help when needed. This is your standard boutique-style hotel with clean rooms and a comfortable bed, although I didn't sleep much during my time in Istanbul. It can be noisy because it is a part of town you would consider a wholesale district, so there is a lot of hustle and bustle during the day. Again, this was not a problem for me because I didn't intend on spending much time at the hotel. There was daily breakfast, but I didn't partake because I'm not a big breakfast person, but they offered what seemed to be a wide selection of Turkish breakfast items. In this post Covid era I did not have much concern because the place was clean, people wore their masks and sanitizer was readily available. This is true for much of Istanbul. People seemed to follow rules and social distance as much as possible. Enjoyed my time here and will definitely stay at Primero Hotel again.

Secondly the hotel is very nice, modern and up to date! It's located conveniently close to major points of interest like the Blue Mosque and the Grand Bazar. There are lot's of restaurants in close proximity as well! We stayed there for over a week and everything was perfect! We very much enjoyed our stay! Couldn't ask for more!!

Cheap

Excellent location. 2 mins walk to Grand Bazaar

3 mins to Metro stop to take you to Glata Tower

Overall it’s a pleasant hotel.

Think of a premier inn but a little compact

The shower is fantastic. Power shower direct down and also the hose if needed

The rooms are compact and clean. Balcony access too if you wish.

Noise level outside was always low no matter the time of the day. Peace and quiet all around

The maids are trustworthy as me being an idiot I left some cash lying around and it was never altered.

The hotel goes the extra mile and even tried four taxi companies on a Friday night as most were busy

The room also has a sewing kit drinks in mini bar shower cap shampoo conditioner a holder for toothbrush hairdryer etc

Overall nice and compact

Lots of lighting as well as a big enough cupboard to put your things

Double bed is comfy and more than adequate

Night time staff I think Egdin was fantastic and spoke good English

All the staff I spoke to spoke and understood English

Upon arrival you can collect tourist brochures for discounts around the place too

I would absolutely recommend this hotel and when I visit again I will be staying there.

Mr.Hanifi and Mr.Engin and Mr.Ozgur they are main reason this Hotel is Gooood. They are very friendly, high sense of hospitality. They really take care of ylu and put time for you to answer all of your needed and questions. we Know Mr.Ozgur since he worked in different hotel( I don't want mention that hotel name now but that hotel is very bad now after ozgur left there and owned the primero hotel), he make every hotel awesome.

the team who working there is awesome again thank you Mr.Hanifi and Mr.Engin and Mr.Ozgur for everything. we definitely come to primero everytime we travel to Istanbul.

Requested for early check in and we got it and he offered us an extra day of breakfast. Very good variety of breakfast. For my daughter's birthday, he surprised her with a birthday cake and a tray of complimentary drinks and snacks. Thanks so much Haneef. We stayed in a family room on top floor with a view of the sea. There were two king size beds, very comfortable, adequate space for our family with 3 young kids. Location wise, within walking distance to many local attractions. Closest tram is anout 200m away. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.

10.0杰出入住 2019年11月02日Excellent short stay.Our short stay at primero hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish, The Airport transfer was arranged and quick ckeck in ,offered a chai on arrival ,Room was nice sizeand clean, the location was brilliant within few minutes walk of everything in sultanahmet.

The breakfast was good too return transfer driver was waiting when we came down .

Mr Hanifi and his staff were just amazing and went out of their way to accommodate us , to make our short stay count and arranging basphorus cruise and prompt pickup and helping with luggage .

We are already looking forward to stay in few months time at Primero hotel.
